RESA Power Expands into Ontario, Canada with the Acquisitions of Commercial Switchgear Limited and Commercial Switchgear Service, Inc.

­RESA Power, LLC (the "Company"), a market leader in power systems electrical testing, transformer services, and life extension solutions for power distribution equipment, has announced the acquisitions of Commercial Switchgear Ltd. and Commercial Switchgear Service Inc. ("CSL").

Based in Toronto, Ontario, CSL is a full-service electrical design, engineering, supply, and services business that has specialized in low voltage and medium voltage electrical power and control systems, as well as providing electrical field services, since 1978.

With the CSL acquisition, RESA Power significantly enhances its engineering capability and adds expertise in the supply of low voltage and medium voltage power systems in Eastern Canada, as well as establishing a base from which to provide electrical field services throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
