Electric vehicles rely on battery management systems to maximize their power, range, and efficiency. Every battery cell in the EV has to be wired to a BMS, and since more cells means a higher charge capacity – leading to a longer electric range – manufacturers pack as cells in there as they can. And that many cells wired directly to the battery management system creates practicality issues, so a wireless battery management system is preferable....
