Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, announces the launch of four groundbreaking series of thermal management solutions: NSAC, NSEC, and NSIC cartridge quick disconnect couplers, alongside the NSSC screw-to-connect couplers. These innovative products are designed to meet the complex demands of electronic cooling, battery manufacturing, information technology (IT), energy management, mobile and transportation, and industrial installations.
The new NSAC, NSEC, and NSIC cartridge versions of Parker's established quick disconnect couplers (NSA, NSE, and NSI) feature advanced blind-mate functionality, allowing for seamless connections even in misaligned situations.
“We are thrilled to introduce these cartridge versions, which reflect our commitment to advancing thermal management technology,” stated Liana Jaskot, Applications & Product Manager for Quick Couplings at Parker High Pressure Connectors Europe. “These solutions will provide our customers with unmatched efficiency, reliability, and ease of use, enabling the development of more sustainable liquid cooling systems.”
The cartridge quick disconnects are designed for easy integration into existing systems, enhancing flexibility and reliability. With their ability to handle various cooling fluids and withstand challenging conditions, they are well-suited for use in data centers and IT infrastructure that require advanced cooling technologies. As a member of the Open Compute Project (OCP) community, Parker focuses on sharing the best practices and innovations in data center and cloud computing technologies. This partnership underscores the company’s commitment to driving forward-thinking solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability in thermal management systems.
Complementing the cartridge series, the NSSC series of screw-to-connect quick disconnect couplers offers significant advantages in thermal management applications. “The NSSC series embodies Parker's dedication to pioneering in thermal management,” said Liana Jaskot at Parker. “This launch not only reduces installation time and effort but also ensures greater reliability and ease of maintenance.”
One of the NSSC series' standout features is its ability to connect under pressure, making it ideal for applications where system uptime is critical. The design accommodates misalignment and allows for connections without direct line of sight, further enhancing user convenience.
With the launch of the NSAC, NSEC, NSIC, and NSSC series, Parker continues to lead the way in thermal management innovation. These products not only enhance system efficiency and reliability but also reinforce Parker’s status as a trusted partner in the industry, ready to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
