Mouser to demo their latest sensor technologies at the Sensors Expo 2014

Mouser Electronics, a leading engineering resource and global distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, announced that it will be showcasing some of their latest technologies at the Sensors Expo and Conference 2014, set for June 24-26 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. The Sensors conference is the only industry event in North America focused on sensors, MEMS, and related technologies.

Mouser Electronics will be at Booth 320 demonstrating the newest sensor technologies available for same-day shipping through the Mouser.com . From Analog Devices Inc. (ADI), an ADI colorimeter demo board based on precision ADI high speed data converters will be used to sense the chemical composition of unknown substances. From Freescale Semiconductor will be a demonstration of sensor fusion using the Freescale Freedom Sensor Development Platform. From Vishay Semiconductors is the VCNL4000DEMOKIT demo board that will showcase their proximity and gesture solutions. A Honeywell board will demonstrate their Nanopower Series of Magnetoresistive Sensor ICs which are able to sense magnetic currents as weak as 7 Gauss. An HDO4000 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope from Teledyne LeCroy will be available to perform high resolution signal analysis. And from Murata Electronics will be a Ballistocardiogram Module that will detect a person's heart rate without touching the body using Murata MEMS sensors.
