Logic PD, a product innovation and lifecycle management company for connected devices, announced the hiring of Mona Phaff as its vice president of design and engineering. Reporting to President and CEO Bruce DeWitt, the 30-year industry veteran has overall responsibility for the engineering and industrial design services functions at Logic PD.
Phaff brings to Logic PD extensive leadership and systems engineering experience utilizing agile and lean methodologies to develop electro-mechanical and software products with a strong emphasis on human factors.

Over her career Phaff has worked across a host of industry sectors and gained expertise in developing high quality, customer-focused solutions. She joins Logic PD from Beckman Coulter, a manufacturer of in-vitro diagnostic systems and laboratory instruments, where she led the development of a molecular diagnostics instrument and software. Prior to that, Phaff held various R&D and program management leadership positions at BioTrove, PerkinElmer and Sensormatic/Software House.
