ML200SEI series low-cost 2W DC/DC converters
Available immediately from MicroPower Direct, the ML200SEI series is a family of 2W DC/DC converters in a miniature SMT case. These converters provide a unique combination of power density, high performance features, long term reliability and economy for a wide variety of space critical, board level power distribution applications.
Twenty two models operate from 5, 12, 15 and 24 VDC inputs, providing single outputs of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15 or 24 VDC. Standard features include an input/output isolation of 3,000 VDC, efficiency as high as 86% and continuous short circuit protection. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) of the ML200SEI series is greater than 3.5 Mhours. All models are RoHS compliant. As part of our “Cost Cutter” product lines, they are offered at very low cost.
The ML200SEI family is packaged in a miniature, SMT case with an industry standard pin out. They are available on tape/reel for use with automated production equipment. Operation for all models is specified over the wide operating industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with no heat sinking required. Cooling is by free-air convection.
