With more than 800 exhibitors, 57,500 square meters, the 13th electronica China and productronica China will be held on March 18-20, 2014 in halls W1, W2, W3, W4 and W5 at Shanghai New International Expo Center.
This year, the two trade fairs will unveil the latest technology products and solutions including automotive electronics, power, embedded, medical, industrial electronics and more.
electronica China 2014 will feature more than five technical segments. New hot spots at the electronica China include among others the sensor technology segment. From gesture recognition and augmented reality to eye-tracking technology, sensors will play a critical role in more intelligent and intuitive devices. The new sensor technology segment will showcase some of the leading innovations in the progressive field of sensor technology.
Semiconductor and passive component segments have been the highlights at electronica China for years and they will still lead the keen discussions. Industry leaders and visionaries from semiconductor segment such as Bosch, Fairchild, freescale, MICRO, microchip, IR, ST, silicon labs, TOSHIBA will present their latest technologies and product solutions.
The passive component segment will be mainly represented by European and Japanese manufacturers such as KEMET, muRata, OMRON, Panasonic, ROHM, TAIYO YUDEN, TDK, serving for the fast-growing Chinese engineering needs.
electronica China also attracts highly sought- after experts and brings together leaders from a broad array of industries. At the “China International Automotive Electronics Conference” around 25 speeches will be given by experts and representatives from auto manufacturers, tier-one and tier-two suppliers and prestigious universities. New programs such as battery management and powertrain electronic traction motor will be launched accordingly. While many technical experts and innovation leaders will speak on renewable energy and smart grid, power conversion at the power innovation forum.
As the industry’s most important gathering, productronica China will take visitors into future technologies, industry trends and rapidly growing markets. It displayed cutting-edge technologies in cable processing, dispenser, EMS, materials, SMT, coil winding, ESD, clean room, test and measurement, and component manufacturing and more.
Furthermore, productronica China will strengthen the cooperation with the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Electronics SMT committee this year and have achieved great accomplishment. Many Chinese local companies will have more opportunities exposing at the SMT segment. Another highlight will be the soldering and dispenser segment, where visitors can exchange technical knowledge and new ideas with the first-class exhibitors such as bdtronic, Nordson, RAMPH, Scheugenpflug, who will showcase their automated mixing, metering, and dispensing systems for resin and other industrial materials.
In addition, to meet the needs of exhibitors and visitors the “International Conference on Electronics Manufacturing Automation Forum” will take place - focusing on SMT and Electronic Manufacturing Automation.
