During its recent Strategic Steering Committee meeting, the G3-PLC Alliance elected a new Chairman, General Secretary and Treasurer for the next two years. The new officers have been members of the G3-PLC Alliance since its launch in 2011 and are key players in the Smart Grid industry. Marc Boillot, Chairman Marc Boillot is currently Senior Vice President at ERDF, in charge of strategy and project development. He started his career at EDF R&D. He then worked in North America for ten years. In 1990 he opened the EDF representative office in Washington D.C. and in 1997 he became head of Gaz de France Quebec, a company active in gas sourcing, transmission, storage and distribution in Canada. In 2000 he was appointed head of the Clermont Ferrand distribution area. From 2003 as EDF Commerce regional director in Lyon (France), he participated to the opening of the electricity and gas markets. He then joined the EDF Group strategy division where he had the responsibility over international projects strategy. He's graduated from IEG-INP Grenoble and has a MBA from Universite? Mc Gill (Montre?al). Marc Delandre, General Secretary Marc Delandre is currently Project Director at ERDF, in charge of smart grids services development. Marc Delandre is a graduated Engineer from Supelec. He joined the Research and Development Division of EDF in 1982, and notably contributed to the management of projects. He then served as Director of Commercial entities of the company. In 2010, he joined the Strategy and Project Division of ERDF. Jean-Luc Estienne, Treasurer Jean-Luc Estienne is Group Vice-President, Sales & Marketing France at STMicroelectronics. He's graduated from National Institute of Polytechnics of Grenoble in France, and also graduated from CNAM in Industrial Marketing. After a diversified experience in various Trade positions, as Head of the STMicroelectronics Paris Office, he's now in charge of the international coordination of support functions for sales.
